Understanding the process
Security is of paramount importance so we ask all clients to go through a number of procedures to help us make sure that their experience on Smart FX will be safe and secure.
All clients need to read, consider and sign our trading agreement which outlines our terms and conditions of business. Authorised signatories need to provide formal identification and where necessary, a board resolution should be completed.
Following submission of all necessary documents, our compliance team will assess your application. Subject to approval your Smart FX contact will inform you of your unique client code. Once these necessary steps are taken, you will be able to use the platform.
